This course examines the legal frameworks and comparative perspectives governing educational systems with specific emphasis on Nigeria's educational context. It further exposes learners to comparative education, enabling them to critically examine global education systems and policies in relation to Nigeria’s context. Emphasis is placed on understanding how legal issues, governance, policy implementation, and global trends shape education in Nigeria today.
